I'm a former advertising professional turned wellness advocate and mentor. Yoga, Ayurveda, and gut health practices have changed my life. I'm honored to share what I've learned through extensive trainings, workshops, and self-study with simple, approachable, everyday methods.
For as long as I can remember, I struggled with stomach aches, chronic acne, bloat, energy crashes, weight fluctuation, and mood swings. I tried so many different diets, cleanses- you name it. Nothing seemed to work.
It wasn't until I started working with specialized coaches, conduct deep self-study in Ayurveda, and continue my yoga education with Ayurvedic specialists to heal my gut, that I learned it's truly possible to feel good in your skin.
I help people who feel frustrated and have tried "all of the things" feel good in their skin again.
The mind and body are deeply connected, and food is the common denominator. Through my service, I curate quick, simple, healthy recipes to help build sustainable lifestyle practices through food.
I recognize that change can be overwhelming. My approach is a lifestyle, not a diet, so we'll take it slow. Small changes truly add up into big, lasting impact.
